Meet the Doctor

Dr. Mark J. Pamer is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and specializes in pulmonary diseases, critical care, and internal medicine. Since founding his private practice in Port Saint Lucie in 2009, he has remained committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care where individuals feel heard, respected, and involved in their treatment decisions.

Meredith Templin, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated nurse practitioner with experience in psychiatry, primary care, and functional medicine. She is passionate about helping patients move toward better health through compassionate, relationship-centered care. Meredith believes that progress moves at the speed of relationships and sees communication as an essential part of healing, growth, and lasting wellness.

A lifelong student, she received her associate's degree in 2002, her bachelor's degree in 2012, and earned her doctorate from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2020. Her care philosophy is rooted in listening well, partnering closely with her patients, and supporting each individual in a way that feels personal and empowering.

Meredith lives by her six-word motto: Be content. Serve others. Love Jesus. Outside of work she enjoys reading, solitude, and spending time with a sophisticated labradoodle named Butterscotch.

Her expertise includes asthma, food allergies, allergic skin conditions, eosinophilic esophagitis, sinus disorders, non-allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps, and various environmental and medication-related allergies. Kristin is dedicated to helping patients better understand their conditions while developing personalized treatment plans that improve daily quality of life.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University and a master's degree from Florida Atlantic University. She is also passionate about mentoring nursing students and supporting the next generation of healthcare providers.

Sarah Pamer, RRT, RPFT, is the practice manager. She is a registered respiratory therapist and registered pulmonary function technologist with over 25 years of experience. Sarah graduated from Indian River State College in 2001 with her Associate of Science degree in Respiratory Care and is currently working on attaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Sarah worked at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce for 17 years. She worked as a staff respiratory therapist covering all areas of the hospital, then as a cardiopulmonary staff supervisor and blood gas and pulmonary function lab supervisor. She was also involved in maintaining hospital-wide safety and quality standards, as well as smoking cessation and disease management counseling.  Sarah first joined Mark J. Pamer, DO, LLC in 2011 to open the diagnostics lab and establish a pulmonary rehabilitation program.  She resumed her hospital work at Lawnwood for another five years, then returned to the practice in 2017 to work alongside her husband.

Sarah developed a passion for respiratory care while growing up with asthma and allergies in Michigan.  Her Catholic faith inspires her compassion and empathy for patients and their family members. She moved to Stuart, Florida, in 1997.  She is a dedicated mother and stepmother of six children, three boys and three girls, ranging in ages that span 25 years.  She enjoys nature, exercise, family time, and reading.

Kaitlin’s goal is to patiently instruct and coach patients throughout their pulmonary function testing. It is very important for her that her patients feel comfortable when coming in for respiratory tests.

Kaitlin is originally from Manchester, CT, and has lived in Florida for the past 18 years. She enjoys photography, kayaking, and traveling with her family in her spare time.
